What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop hypotheses, conduct research, and perform qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Collaborate on the creation of client deliverables, including presentation materials and strategy documents
- Support business development, recruiting, and other priority initiatives within the employer
- Work closely with project leads to meet client needs and support team growth
- Gain experience on projects addressing global and domestic social impact challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree completed or in progress with anticipated completion within one year
- Relevant work or internship experience in management consulting, investment banking, or related fields
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- High level of emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in the global and/or domestic social impact sector
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or understanding of the communities served by the employer and clients
- Fluency in English; working proficiency or fluency in other languages is a plus
- Intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit
