What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support external clients by delivering cost-effective solutions through reporting, analytics, and database management
- Complete all internal reporting requirements and ensure client financial expectations are met or exceeded
- Utilize home infusion software, Microsoft Excel, payer portals, and other systems for high-quality performance
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external clients via telephone and email
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve revenue cycle management operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management operations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Third-Party Insurance payers and reimbursement guidelines
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Experience with medical billing and/or collections, accounts receivable (AR), or healthcare reimbursement systems
- Knowledge of Home Infusion, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), and/or Specialty Pharmacy billing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments under deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
