Role : "Finastra Global Pay Plus (GPP-SP) Support/Admin/Developer"

Hands-on” developer/administrator responsible for implementation and configuration activities for Finastra Global Pay Plus (GPP-SP) in support of overall Global Banking Modernization program

Required:

In depth knowledge of Finastra Global Pay Plus (GPP-SP) and experience implementing GPP on a large scale.

Global PayPlus Knowledge –

Should have knowledge of High Value flow. (in STT we are using High Value payments only, advantage of having knowledge of Mass Payment, Immediate payments also)o Should have knowledge of SOD/EOD Tasks working mechanism in GPP.

Should have knowledge of Events working mechanism in GPP.

Should have technical knowledge of GPP to check the logs, analysis of the issue and recommendation of solution.

Advantage of having experience in Production Support of GPP.

Should have knowledge of all SWIFT message types like – MT103,MT202,MT202COV,MT910,MT900,MT192,MT210,MT292.

Should have knowledge of ISO messages like all types of PACS,PAIN messages .

Experience delivering applications on fully resilient, scalable architecture utilizing WebSphere, load balancing concepts

Able to develop SQL queries, ideally with a background in Oracle Exadata

Basic unix/linux skills including shell scripting.

Experience and understanding of messaging concepts ideally MQ based, with experience of trouble shooting issues in those environments.

Application server & WebServer knowledge, ideally IBM WAS but any will do.

Understanding of performance testing and tuning activities for GPP

Able to gather non-functional requirements, document them and assist in testing them, including troubleshooting

Capable of planning and executing GPP production readiness activities, including:o implementing proper monitoring/alerting o implementing housekeeping activitieso developing code and configuration management tools/approach/processo documenting SOPs (including support SLAs) o writing and delivering training materials ahead of Production Go Live

Detailed expertise supporting end users on GPP platform and able to understand the issue the users are facing, documenting as necessary for internal or vendor support and attaching evidence demonstrating the issue

implementing and installing patches and upgrades in dev/test/production regions

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting GPP functional and technical issues and suggesting resolution; responsible for ensuring application availability and completion of daily start-/close-of-business activities across multiple time zones

Proven track record working with regulators and third-parties in carrying out testing activities

Knowledge of Agile software development framework and tools (specifically for Kanban and Scrum)

Used to working within service management frameworks, for example ITIL

Effective communicator, able to communicate with other technical teams when issues are experienced
