      We have four senior communities in New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury that are rich with thoughtful amenities and support. Our compassionate services also reach seniors living in the broader Twin Cities area through home care, outpatient therapies and wellness programs.

      Responsibilities

      The Annual Fund Coordinator is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors and corporate sponsors to support the mission of Saint Therese; increase donor retention, broaden the donor base, and increase the average size of donations.

      Qualifications:

      Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

      Experience: Three or more years applicable advancement and fundraising in a corporate setting or equivalent combination of experience and education is required.

      Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

      • Strong project management skills.
      • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Experience writing appeal letters.
      • Ability to work independently, prioritize, think critically, and problem solve.
      • Collaborative, team-oriented work style and proven ability to work with fundraising staff and volunteers.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and consistency.
      • Ability to think strategically and is goal oriented.
      • Strong time management skills and ability to balance and meet multiple deadlines.
      • Ability to meet performance and team fundraising goals.
      • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
      • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills required.
