      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Lead the incident process and handle suspicious activity case reviews, including customer verification
      - Document case chronology and findings for management reports on trends and enhancements
      - Collaborate with internal teams to improve detection strategies and inform on recurring issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of cumulative, relevant experience in fraud analysis or a related field
      - Advanced professional expertise with functional knowledge of the profession
      - Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations during investigations
      - Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in data
      - Excellent communication skills for collaborating with various internal teams

      - Experience with data analytics tools relevant to fraud detection
      - Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and compliance
      - Previous experience in a role focused on fraud prevention and risk management
