      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attend mandatory onboarding training via Zoom in November
      - Complete onboarding tasks using Google Classroom by mid-January
      - Participate in 3-4 volunteer team meetings via Zoom throughout the year
      - Conduct annual data entry audits and follow up on identified errors
      - Document entry-related and collection-related issues along with follow-up plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Mature Christian faith and alignment with the organization's values
      - Minimum of a bachelor's degree
      - Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency with Google Suite

      - Strong work ethic and self-motivation, with adaptability to changing circumstances
