ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER (A/P / A/R)
ARC Group is searching for a skilled Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Manager to join our client’s accounting team to help process, track, and record A/R, A/P in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This is 100% onsite in Weston, FL.

The A/P / A/R Manager will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners (50% management and 50% individual contributor).

Our client is the industry leader who provides clients and their employees a robust software solution that incorporates, process, policy, unique and flexible features, real time reporting and a transparent view of housing programs.

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Manager Responsibilities:

• 50% manager, 50% individual contributor
• Develop and monitor weekly KPIs for team members
• Gather and verify information for customer invoices / vendor bills
• Generate timely and accurate customer invoices / vendor bills
• Develop relationships with internal and external parties
• Reconcile details to internal and external systems
• Train team
• Develop and document standard operating procedures
• Be the champion for A/R, A/P within the organization

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Manager Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of A/R and A/P experience
• 3 years of leading teams of 5 or more including hiring, offboarding, mentoring/management
• MUST HAVE QuickBooks Online (enterprise preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience in driving process improvements
• Software industry experience
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
• Strong customer communications skills, through email and phone
• Ability and desire to work onsite Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
