What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and configure complex interfaces for medical claims systems to ensure seamless payment processes
- Lead the functional configuration of new Accounts Receivable functionality, including high-volume invoicing
- Develop and execute functional test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot posting errors and interface failures to ensure stable production rollout
- Mentor the current Functional Analyst through design sessions and documentation of new configurations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of deep functional experience in Expert FI-AR & FI-AP with high-volume payment processing
- Strong understanding of healthcare-specific processes, including 837/835 transactions and HIPAA-compliant data flows
- Proven expertise in interfacing SAP with external systems via IDocs and file-based exchanges
- Deep knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 functionality and core financial table structures
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a Payer/Insurance environment
- Experience operating within a HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) environment
- Ability to translate complex medical billing logic into standard SAP financial postings
