  Your Role:

  1. Key Global Interface

  a) Key APAC contact window for global initiatives and global stakeholders.

  b) Lead APAC workstreams and drive under global agenda

  1. Performance Management

  a) Streamline APAC performance management tools, process from Tier 1 to 5

  b) Drive digital solution to standardize and automate KP number measurement in all level

  1. Project Manager

  a) Lead project in Tier 5 to achieve annual targets

  b) Work with cross country operation team to standardize and improve, identify digital projects to improve process

  c) Lead cross country projects to scale up digital best practices or solutions

  d) Lead cross country people engagement initiatives and campaigns (APAC EES actions)

  1. APAC Data Analysis

  a) Integrated dashboard to enhance e-e distribution visibility

  b) Data modeling, automation to reduce manual data collection in operation level to drive efficiency and cost reduction

  c) Data analysis and data mining, to enable data insights and support decision making

  d) Establish e-DMS from Tier 1 to 5

  Who You Are:

  1. Education: Master Degree in chemical, engineering, big data, project management.

  2. Experience requirement:

  1) >5 Years, MNC in chemical or bio-chemical is nice to have,

  2) Asia Pacific exposure, and experience in global projects,

  3) Distribution, logistics, or end to end supply chain is preferred.

  4) Proven result of business impact or cost saving projects, through continuous improvement, problem solving, data mining or digital solutions.

  5) Project management skills, data analysis and tools preferred PBI, Tableau, SQL
