- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, employees, and managers on immigration and mobility policies, procedures, and related documentation.
- Manage escalation and exception requests both from employees and business.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end visa application process, serving as a trusted advisor on immigration requirements to ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Liaise with external vendors, immigration agencies, and service providers to facilitate smooth relocations and/or foreign local hires.
- Keep abreast of immigration, visa, and work permit regulations across APAC countries.
- Manage the payments to vendors and related tasks.
- Maintain a database of related documentation, expense reimbursements, and benefit records.
- Accurately track, maintain, and update relocation and visa records within the HR information system to effectively manage visa renewals and benefit extensions.
- Track and administer relocation benefits, allowances, and support packages for assignees.
- Support continuous improvement of the global mobility process, including policies, tools, and systems.
- Assist with other HR tasks as needed.
- Manage end-to-end relocation and mobility processes for employees assigned to APAC countries, including Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan, and others.
- Monitor and report on the progress of relocations, ensuring timely completion of all steps.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience in global mobility, relocation, or immigration management.
- Knowledge of immigration laws and visa requirements in APAC countries.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high seasonal workloads while handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, agility, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
