What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) with project support, initiation, and site-facing tasks
- Complete the ACRP Entry Level Knowledge Assessment and participate in foundational training
- Manage site relationships and address site issues as the primary point of contact
- Conduct observational and co-monitoring support during site visits
- Travel frequently to investigator sites for monitoring and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in life sciences, data sciences, pharmacy, or related health discipline
- Up to 2 years of experience in clinical research, specifically in Rare Diseases or Oncology
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and limited oversight
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
