      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality evidence-based medical care in various inpatient services
      - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
      - Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions
      - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
      - Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams to enhance communication and teamwork

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - For Nurse Practitioners: Master's or Doctorate Degree in nursing, Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License with prescriptive privileges, and national certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
      - For Physician Assistants: Licensure as a Physician's Assistant in Washington State and national certification from a recognized certifying body (NCCPA)
      - BLS/ACLS certification required
      - Eligibility for hospital staff appointments as per Medical Staff By-Laws
      - Ability to perform procedures within one's scope and training as appropriate

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an inpatient acute care setting
      - Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
      - Strong mentorship and guidance skills for staff and students
      - Commitment to continuing education and professional development
