      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clinical expertise to patients and their families in an inpatient setting
      - Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in research and teaching activities
      - Exercise general independence and decision-making responsibility under the guidance of attending physicians and department management
      - Engage in the care of a diverse patient population, including those with complex medical needs
      - Provide weekend and holiday coverage as part of a dedicated healthcare team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s or Doctorate Degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing (for Nurse Practitioner applicants)
      - Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License with prescriptive privileges (for Nurse Practitioner applicants)
      - National certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (for Nurse Practitioner applicants)
      - Licensure as a Physician's Assistant in the State of Washington and national certification from a national certifying body (NCCPA) (for Physician Assistant applicants)
      - BLS/ACLS certification required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a Level I Trauma center or similar healthcare setting
      - Advanced skills in patient assessment and management
      - Strong collaboration and communication skills
      - Commitment to working with medically vulnerable populations
      - Interest in participating in academic and clinical research initiatives
