What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inventory and order allocation to retail stores and e-commerce across multiple product categories
- Utilize allocation and replenishment best practices to maximize sales and profitability
- Partner with Buyers and Planners to manage key replenishment programs throughout the product life cycle
- Develop allocation strategies using data and critical thinking to ensure accurate allocations
- Assist in the execution of new store openings to ensure optimal inventory levels by category
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of merchandising, planning, or allocation experience in the retail industry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to impact and influence

- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of inventory management software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
