What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and develop retail partnerships within your designated territory
- Conduct in-person visits to present products and build relationships with new retailers
- Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, onboarding, upselling, and shipping
- Provide product knowledge and market insights to retail buying teams
- Analyze retail selling reports and collaborate with management to forecast business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of successful apparel sales experience
- Proven ability to open new accounts, particularly with independent retailers
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and adept at managing your own schedule
- Resilient and confident in a fast-paced, field-based role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in navigating inventory systems like NuOrder
- Background in outdoor or functional apparel sales
