What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical expertise in the development and implementation of clinical and revenue cycle applications
- Support new project development, including system analysis, planning, and preparation
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for system requirements
- Conduct unit, system, and integrated testing tasks, and prepare testing scripts
- Collaborate with training teams to create application-specific training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred; extensive work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
- Must obtain Epic Certification in assigned modules within 90 days of training completion
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare or similar fields
- Availability for day shifts, Monday through Friday, with call responsibilities
- Expected to respond in the event of a disaster

- Familiarity with healthcare information systems and project management
