What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, map, measure, analyze, and improve clinical and business processes for assigned applications
- Prepare documentation for business requirements using various modeling techniques
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system validation
- Provide training and support to clients and users on application functionalities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process mapping, analysis, and documentation
- Experience with healthcare applications and project management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with business process reengineering techniques and industry standards
- Familiarity with project management software
- Knowledge of change management practices and procedures
- Experience in using applications, operating systems, and databases
