- Minimum of 5 years of product configuration experience
- Knowledge of software product lifecycle management and technical/technology implementation processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve goals and timelines
- Experience in a managed health care environment

- Healthcare background, Medical/Managed Care experience
- Proficiency with systems configurations
- Excellent business analyst skills
- Experience in research, analysis, and reporting methods
- Understanding of Medicaid Program and medical terminology
