What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Test applications to ensure compliance with specifications and validate product features using both manual and automated testing processes
- Write and maintain master data test plans and scripts for automated regression testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate system enhancements that improve process flow and functionality
- Perform various types of testing, including user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability testing
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in designated knowledge management tools for future reference and benchmarking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on multi-million-dollar projects in a large enterprise environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience writing master data test plans
- Minimum of 5 years of experience reviewing both business and technical documentation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in scheduling UAT tasks and risk-based testing
- Minimum of 5 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of demonstrated ability to effectively use third-party tools and system utilities
- 3 years of experience visualizing and proposing solutions that cross multiple platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of self-motivation and self-direction
