What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise and application solutions to customers, supporting Account Managers in maximizing business opportunities
- Deliver technical solutions and sales support to end-customers and distributors
- Organize collaboration between technical and commercial departments for project success
- Develop and deliver training on product features to internal employees and external partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems while monitoring competitors' landscape
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Proven technical experience and knowledge with cutting tools
- Track record of delivering positive business results
- Strong knowledge of commercial and technical terms and conditions
- Must possess a valid driver's license for the state of primary residence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant experience in CAD/CAM and application knowledge
- Project management experience with external and internal customer relationships
- Knowledge in digital technologies in metalworking (Industry 4.0)
