What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to review applications and product requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate customer needs to the organization
- Liaise between the employer and customers regarding pricing, service, and product launches
- Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue through partnerships with distributors
- Update customers on product modifications and maintain customer account information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background with a focus on milling, turning, and grooving
- Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
- Experience in job shops and assisting customers with part processing
- Proven ability to develop new customer accounts
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing special tools
- Degree in sales and marketing or a related field
- Job shop experience is highly regarded
- Ability to assist customers with proper speeds and feeds for materials used
