      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to review applications and product requirements
      - Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate customer needs to the employer's team
      - Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue through the distribution chain
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, procedures, and tools by attending training meetings
      - Prepare reports for sales and marketing while maintaining customer account information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background with a focus on milling, turning, and grooving
      - Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes
      - Ability to assist customers with processing parts and the correct application of tools
      - Proven ability to develop new customers and manage existing accounts
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and effective written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in designing special tools
      - Job shop experience is highly regarded
      - Degree in sales and marketing or a related field is preferred
      - Special people skills to effectively deal with customers
