What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to review applications and product requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate product information to customers
- Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue through partnerships with the distribution chain
- Update customers on product modifications and enhancements, maintaining a strong customer relationship
- Prepare reports for sales and marketing while maintaining customer account information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background with a focus on Milling, Turning, and Grooving
- Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to assist customers with processing parts and proper application of tools
- Experience in account management and developing new customers
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Job shop experience is highly regarded
- Experience in designing special tools
- Degree in sales and marketing is highly regarded
- Ability to prospect new accounts and develop strong customer relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
