What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality technical product support to customers, partners, and internal teams
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues while prioritizing support tickets based on impact
- Manage incidents end-to-end, including major and security-related incidents
- Interpret customer requirements and process user access requests in line with the RBAC model
- Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience, acting as the voice of the customer with Product teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a Support Desk environment supporting external customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset
- Familiarity with ITSM tooling (e.g., FreshService) and Incident Management
- Understanding of ITIL or equivalent practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Github, Bitbucket, and AI technologies (Machine Learning, LLMs, Image Generation)
- Previous experience in technology organizations supporting external clients
