What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage user-reported issues with MMO products and services, ensuring timely resolution
- Categorize and prioritize application support requests based on urgency and impact
- Perform preliminary investigation and troubleshooting of user-reported issues
- Gather information from end users to facilitate issue resolution and improve support resources
- Track and maintain detailed records of support interactions and issue resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Communications, Event Management, Business Administration)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in application support or a related area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for user engagement and support
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MMO products and services
- Familiarity with creating and improving user self-help resources
- Background in customer service or user support roles
- Knowledge of issue tracking and management systems
- Additional certifications in IT support or related fields
