What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for application-related issues reported by users
- Create and maintain documentation of application configurations and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with developers and IT staff to implement enhancements and updates
- Utilize ticketing systems to log, track, and manage support requests
- Assist in testing bug fixes, new features, and upgrades before deployment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to normally work between the hours of 10 AM - 6 PM Pacific Standard Time
- Proven experience in application support or a similar role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
