      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to requests for assistance via phone, chat, or support ticket queue
      - Become an expert on Flight Schedule Pro and LogTen solutions
      - Solve problems and provide creative solutions to users, investigate/document bugs, and help prioritize efforts
      - Log all customer interactions in the ticketing system and escalate issues when needed
      - Communicate features and benefits of new releases to improve customer efficiency and utilization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least one year of customer service or customer-facing experience in a SaaS environment
      - Strong experience with supporting iOS, iPadOS, and MacOS applications
      - Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity while accessing client data
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to apply diagnostic utilities for troubleshooting
      - Effective communication skills to convey technical information to users

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the aviation industry or familiarity with flight school operations
      - Background in technical support or troubleshooting within software applications
      - Knowledge of ticketing systems and customer support methodologies
