      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Align technology solutions with business strategies to enhance operational efficiency
      - Serve as a technical liaison between customers and IT personnel, advising on system functionalities and implementation requirements
      - Identify and recommend opportunities to apply technology to improve business processes
      - Document project requirements and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
      - Participate in project planning and execution, managing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT collaboration
      - Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
      - Successful completion of Epic's proficiency program within 90 days of hiring

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
      - Knowledge of inpatient nursing and ancillary service clinical workflows
      - Familiarity with labor and delivery workflow and systems, including GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN)
      - Experience with EHR device integration middleware and HL7 standards
