What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align technology solutions with business strategies by advising customers on information system technologies' functionality and implementation requirements
- Serve as a technical liaison between customer management and IT personnel, fostering effective working relationships
- Identify opportunities to apply technology to improve business processes within strategic system goals
- Document and communicate project plans and technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders
- Manage and execute multiple projects in a cross-functional environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience involving IT collaboration
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an understandable manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to solve problems across multiple environments in a business area
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
- Active Certification in Epic Optime and Anesthesia
- Experience in the strategic use of technology for business management and growth
- Knowledge of HL7 standards
