What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with management and IT staff to design business processes and identify enabling technologies based on customer requirements
- Conduct business process analyses and develop project plans for successful implementation of technology solutions
- Inform and advise customers on information system technologies' functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing any potential issues
- Act as a mentor to new applications analysts, overseeing training and project assignments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business application design, development, and installation, or significant healthcare background
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
- Proven track record in project management and executing large-scale projects
- Must possess current Epic certification or complete certification within 6 weeks of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
- Knowledge of HL7 standards
- Familiarity with strategic technology use in managing and growing a business
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems across multiple environments
- Strong analytical skills and experience in new concept development
