What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Review code written by other developers for adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Write Apex classes and triggers to automate business processes within Salesforce
- Identify and resolve issues within Salesforce applications, including debugging and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 or more years of programming and analysis experience
- Ability to work On-Call after hours when needed
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Proficiency in Salesforce configurations, including workflows and custom fields
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agile Development Methodology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Experience as a Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Extensive experience with complex Salesforce customization, integrations, and configuration
- Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
