      Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Jersey City, NJ location.

      DUTIES: Perform analysis activities, including gathering requirements and working with offshore team to guide prototyping and solution development. Analyze data and formulate recommendations to solve key business issues. Perform the development and delivery of presentations in support of technology delivery. Understand symptomatic and root cause technology issues and differences in business architecture. Ensure knowledge sharing and provide industry and domain research or expertise applicable to client’s project or solution need. Develop key client stakeholder relationships. Partner with SBUs and delivery teams in support of technology delivery. Conduct change management meetings with clients. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

      REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Ten (10) years of experience must include: Designing, developing, testing, and implementing new features and major enhancements to Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) applications utilizing Salesforce/Siebel CRM, Siebel Workflows, Siebel Assignment Manager, Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), Hyper Text Markup Language (“HTML”), Extended Markup Language (“XML”), JSON and Microsoft Technologies; Providing requirements analysis, design reviews, and product standardization, Creating automation tools for repetitive tasks, and Supporting global rollout of critical CRM/Onboarding initiatives; Analyzing client activity data using advance Microsoft Office Excel techniques, SQL queries, Tableau and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) for business decisions; Utilizing knowledge of Business and Product Analysis, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project Management, Change Management, Workflow Management and System Analysis to support and manage CRM projects; Reviewing complex Deal Management and Deal Review system workflows to ensure sales fulfilment, right from Product Solution to creation of Sales Orders and hand-off to Implementations; and Engaging with the business for strategic projects in sales and pipeline management, client on-boarding, digitization of product forms, developing straight through on-boarding workflows, order management, and pricing. 40 hrs./wk.
