What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for the development, testing, integration, and implementation of IT applications and interfaces
- Assist IT teams in evaluating products/tools to ensure solutions meet enterprise-wide requirements
- Maintain clear documentation for program development, modifications, and troubleshooting
- Serve as a liaison to health system departments, ensuring proper use of IT resources
- Update management and stakeholders on project progress and issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Four (4) years of IT systems and/or operational experience with an Associate's degree
- Six (6) years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a High School diploma or GED
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
