What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day support and resolve customer challenges via email, phone, and in-platform tools
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure client objectives are effectively executed
- Develop resources and disseminate information to coaches and practitioners through various channels
- Contribute to customer success by developing proactive strategies and addressing real-time needs
- Maintain account and system documentation using Salesforce and Jira platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sports science, data science, engineering, performance analysis)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in elite sport, sport technology, or performance support
- Proven technical background and analytical capability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, specifically using Google Workspace tools
- Ability to travel semi-regularly and work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience working in or with elite sporting organizations
- Experience managing or migrating data across systems
- Knowledge of sports injury prevention, performance optimization, and applied sports science
- Familiarity with medical record systems and data governance
