What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily direct message outreach to both warm and cold leads
- Build rapport with followers and engage in conversations to qualify leads
- Track outreach efforts, conversations, and conversions using a lead tracker
- Maintain and update a lead pipeline spreadsheet and weekly KPIs
- Assist with client onboarding processes and organize project workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong experience with direct message outreach, social media engagement, and lead generation strategies
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to maintain brand voice
- Strong data-tracking skills for updating metrics and analyzing trends
- High level of professionalism and emotional maturity
- Availability for consistent weekly hours and responsiveness during agreed-upon time blocks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with platforms such as Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, Trainerize, and Canva
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) with precision and attention to detail
- Coachable and adaptable to evolving systems as the business expands
