      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the accounts receivable (AR) process, including analysis of aged AR and identification of root cause issues
      - Handle denial management by investigating sources and resolving or appealing denials
      - Make independent decisions regarding claim adjustments, resubmission, and appeals
      - Collaborate with internal teams and care center staff to enhance revenue cycle functionality
      - Drive achievement of department’s daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate
      - Minimum of 3 years experience in a physician medical billing office
      - Experience with major payers such as Anthem, Medicare/Medicaid, and United Healthcare
      - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
      - Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Athena EHR
      - Behavioral Health physician billing experience
      - Experience supporting medical claims billing in DC, MD, or VA
      - Comfortable speaking in front of groups
      - Willingness to train and mentor other team members
