      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up on complex claims for payment, ensuring outstanding payments are secured
      - Call insurance companies and utilize payer websites to resolve invoice rejections
      - Calculate and post adjustments based on third-party reimbursement guidelines
      - Input missing data and correct registration errors as necessary
      - Attend meetings and comply with departmental policies and health regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma is required
      - Previous experience in Revenue Cycle management in areas such as Customer Service or Patient Access
      - Ability to perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One or more years of experience in healthcare billing functions
