  Arabic Speaking Customer Service Agent (m/f/d)

  Job Description

  We offer homeoffice for candidates based in Germany. Homeoffice from abroad is as to internal company regulations not possible. For this role we can only hire EU citizens or candidates who have a valid work permit to work fulltime hours in Germany.

  Benefits:

  • €2,500 gross monthly salary / €30,000* gross annual salary.

  • 6 weeks paid training and ongoing coaching - all online.

  Your Job is great:

  • Provide support to advertisers and agencies (SMBs) for various queries generated via different communication channels such as: phone, chat and email
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products
  • Provide product and tool support to enhance our clients’ experience
  • Use tools and systems to identify customers’ issues, addressed in their raised queries
  • Escalate the client's problems to the corresponding groups of the resolution
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, while representing a major brand

  Your skills are amazing:

  • Online Advertising Experience is a big plus
  • Prior working in service organization is desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fluent, verbal and written in the language you applied for (C1) and minimum B2 in English
  • Familiarity with social media and you are active on them
  • Familiarity with online advertising products/vendors
  • Ability to multitask & work under pressure
  • Fast learner, diligent worker
