- Coordinate the tasks of employees on shift to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Provide regular communications between management and hourly employees.
- Complete the opening and closing checklists daily, while on shift.
- Overall management of guest services and employee relations.
- Conduct daily cash handling.
- Conduct with weekly arcade sales revenue audit with IT Manager.
- Walk the building and arcade to observe and report safety compliance and maintenance needs.
- Assist with injury reports for guests and/or employees.
- Monitor and controls cleanliness of arcade, theatres, and restrooms.
- Monitor for potential theft from policy abuse by guests to internal theft by employees by running reports, and notifies GM, HR and/or owners immediately.
- Responsible for balancing drawers, issuing drawers, filling out the daily safe log, ticket log, and weekly ticket inventory.
- Use of RTS and Intercard software daily.
- Conduct voids and refunds.
- Understand how to maintain and troubleshoot bowling and arcade games.
- Uses proper RoadHouse procedures and follows set policies.
- Maintain situational awareness, knowing when and where to step in and assist, including running food and drinks, assisting at the bar or concession stand & assisting with theatre cleans when needed.
- Help with the training of employees, following the correct process with the intent to train quality workers and reduce turn over.
- Work on projects or tasks assigned by the GM or IT Manager
- Hire employees for the arcade department
- Focus on redemption booth - keeping shelves stocked at all times, ordering product, keeping redemption booth orderly and clean
- Knowledge of current, popular merchandise trends.
- Ensures all large prize deliveries are put away, organized, and stocked in a timely manner.
- Schedule department weekly in a timely manner.
- Complete shift notes daily.
- Conduct arcade inventory.
- Constantly taking the pulse of the business, with a presence most often on the floor, not in an office.
- Communicate with maintenance regularly about any IT/maintenance needs in the department.
- Work alongside with Arcade M.I.T.
- Daily walkthrough to check bowling and all arcade games to make sure they are all functioning properly.
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous arcade, maintenance, or IT experience
- Previous experience with RTS and Intercard preferred.
- eTIPS and Food Handlers card within 90 days of hire
- Computer proficiency
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Ability to positively communicate and instruct team members
- Ability to balance the concepts of teamwork, guest service, and profitability
- Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
- Must have employment eligibility in U.S.
- Ability to stand 90% of workday and bend/crouch for 10% of workday
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to withstand high levels of heights
- Ability to lift 50 lbs at waist or shoulder level

They are responsible for holding employees accountable for following all policies and procedures, handling guest issues, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations, helping where needed.
