      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee direct-hired architectural teams and coordinate with landlord-hired architects throughout the project development process
      - Manage over 40 projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to due dates and project milestones
      - Review and redline construction documents for accuracy and compliance
      - Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve drawing-related issues impacting project execution
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination across departments and ensure timely completion of all project tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Architecture
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural and/or construction management with a major retail brand or design firm
      - Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience and proficiency with architectural construction documents
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction administration
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, database applications, and project management software such as Plangrid

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Bluebeam and AutoCAD
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with business partners
      - Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
      - Sound understanding of the retail/store planning and construction industry
