What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead small and midsize projects while supporting Design Managers on larger efforts
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, communicating updates and deadlines professionally
- Translate design direction into coordinated, buildable documents that meet the employer's standards
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical deliverables for quality and accuracy
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to maintain predictable workflow and project alignment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture and 8+ years of professional architectural experience; licensure preferred
- Minimum of 5 years leading small/midsize projects or significant components of larger projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and project updates
- Strong project management skills and the ability to travel to project sites as needed
