What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and nurture relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and other channels
- Identify new sales opportunities and establish a solid trade client base through various communication methods
- Maintain and organize architectural libraries, ensuring up-to-date sample tools are available
- Meet and exceed established sales budgets and goals on a monthly basis
- Participate in industry associations and activities to enhance professional visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least three years of direct sales experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline preferred
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the flooring and tile industry or related fields
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with market research and sales forecasting techniques
- Involvement in professional industry associations such as ASID or IIDA
