      Overview

Aegis Living has 38 overall communities in WA, CA, and NV. 23 specifically located in WA to better serve the aging community and their families. This role specifically supports the WA region.

      Responsibilities

      • Discover potential referral sources through innovative research and engaging insights from key contacts and resources within the marketplace, aiming to cultivate beneficial partnerships with new referral channels.
      • Nurture relationships with referral contacts by asking insightful questions, understanding their needs, and providing education, support, and solutions for their congregate care placement challenges, establishing Aegis Living as their trusted resource for assisted living and memory care referrals.
      • Establish a prominent presence in the market as the leader in assisted living and memory care by educating professionals on available resources (including Aegis Living's services) for aging adults and individuals with Dementia, facilitating meaningful discussions and fostering referrals.
      • Collaborate consistently and transparently with the community leadership team and associates, fostering a culture of trust and teamwork to enhance the community's overall effectiveness.
      • Utilize sales and marketing materials judiciously to deepen referral sources’ understanding of key topics, reinforcing Aegis Living as their top choice for assisted living or memory care referrals.
      • Plan or coordinate outside marketing events or host in-community educational/social gatherings, introducing key individuals and potential referral sources to Aegis Living's range of services.
      • Stay updated on industry and dementia-specific knowledge by completing Aegis Living training, engaging with professional literature, building networks, and analyzing competitors, ensuring referral sources benefit from current expertise as needed.
      • Regularly collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Director using a Territory Action Plan to evaluate productivity and identify key referral sources, establishing focused action plans to meet census goals.
      • Promote unity among Aegis Living communities by familiarizing oneself with the brand’s distinguishing features, showcasing added value to current and potential referral sources.
      • Conduct tours for professionals, promoting Aegis Living as a leader in assisted living and memory care, and highlighting success stories that showcase the impact of our services on residents' quality of life.
      • Assist, as appropriate, with resident assessments or physician orders alongside the Health Services Director to streamline the move-in process and bolster Aegis Living's reputation as a preferred option for medical community referrals.

      Qualifications

      • 5 years of outside sales and/or customer influence experience required
      • Demonstrated track record of building high-level partnerships and strategic alliances
      • Clinical or allied health experience preferred
      • Public speaking and story-telling experience preferred
      • Track record of daily CRM utilization
      • Sales enablement experience a plus

      USD $140,000.00/Yr.

      Max Salary

      USD $150,000.00/Yr.
