      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage, develop, and train sales staff to achieve area sales and profit targets
      - Analyze market conditions, gross profit factors, and business volume/mix to inform strategy
      - Collaborate with Sales Management to create and execute annual strategic plans and budgets
      - Partner with Operations to expand the client base and ensure branch growth
      - Provide regular updates on sales performance and progress toward achieving goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of five years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in a post-acute setting
      - Current or recent experience managing at least $5M in healthcare revenue across multiple locations
      - Strong leadership and managerial skills, with excellent organizational and communication abilities
      - Must reside in the state of Tennessee and be able to travel within the assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - RN or LPN License
      - Previous homecare or hospice sales experience
      - Proven success in revenue growth and market planning execution
