      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and process requests for patient health information in compliance with company policies
      - Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged information
      - Manage patient health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
      - Assist with training new associates in the Health Information Services role
      - Participate in project teams and committees to enhance operational strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Must be at least 18 years of age
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience related to Health Information
      - Ability to travel locally/regionally 75% or more of the time
      - Strong data entry skills and basic computer proficiency

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in production/metric-based work
      - In-person customer service experience
      - Ability to build relationships with on-site clients and customers
      - Comfortable providing process improvement suggestions to internal stakeholders
