      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and exceed monthly new business revenue targets through proactive prospecting
      - Utilize a customer-focused selling process to identify and address potential customers' needs
      - Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, employing various sales strategies
      - Establish and maintain relationships with automotive dealerships and industry consultants
      - Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and manage pipeline

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS software sales
      - Proven track record in business development and lead generation
      - Excellent sales, active listening, and presentation skills
      - Strong ability to negotiate and close sales effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with CRM and DMS systems
      - Demonstrated success in filling the sales pipeline and driving revenue
      - Ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver software solutions
      - Mastery of challenger sales skills and techniques
      - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and integrity
