      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Proactively identify, qualify, close, and grow new accounts
      - Steward and expand existing Bridgestone business
      - Develop and deliver product demonstrations, marketing opportunities, and program support
      - Forecast product needs
      - Exercise strong enterprise decision-making and find creative ways to support customers while increasing profitability

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - 2+ years of sales experience, successfully closing new business and growing existing customer base
      - Ability to understand customers, develop strategies, execute plans, and monitor success
      - Strong communication skills and ability to conduct high-level conversations with decision-makers
      - Display personal integrity and manage area with honesty, excellence, and accountability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Some knowledge of the tire industry and competitive products
      - Experience in the retail tire business, customer-facing preferred
