      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive success of territory growth through cold-calling and on-site meetings
      - Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in private practices and medical spas
      - Guide prospective customers through the sales process efficiently and effectively
      - Create urgency and negotiate details of sales while defending pricing
      - Maintain product knowledge and represent the employer at trade shows and events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-10+ years of experience selling capital equipment, preferably in the aesthetics/laser industry
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles
      - Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Bachelor's degree in science, business, communications, or related field preferred

      - Experience with high volume lead generation in the field
