      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Originate residential mortgage loans and meet sales objectives
      - Recruit, hire, and onboard new Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs)
      - Develop and maintain referral source relationships to drive business
      - Coach and manage team performance to achieve production goals
      - Monitor compliance and operational issues, ensuring high standards are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent; two to four-year college degree preferred
      - 3-5 years of residential mortgage sales experience required
      - In-depth knowledge of mortgage processing, underwriting, and federal lending regulations
      - Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
      - Ability to analyze policies and procedures to maximize productivity while managing risk

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of mortgage management experience preferred
      - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Experience with mortgage origination systems and automated decisioning tools
      - Proven track record in sales techniques and coaching
