What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively solicit group and event business to increase overall property revenue and profit
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual activity and productivity goals
- Engage in local community events and networking opportunities to build relationships
- Conduct in-person sales calls and client presentations, nurturing existing client relationships
- Collaborate with property teams to ensure successful execution of booked events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel group sales and catering experience, preferably in high-end boutique or resort settings
- Experience with multi-property group sales is a plus
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and developing long-term client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud-based applications; familiarity with Google Suite products preferred
- Passion for the great outdoors and commitment to promoting sustainable tourism
- Effective sales presentation skills and attention to detail
